The Case
This series of sites was developed to give a unique identity to Catholic Health Care Services and the individual nursing homes that fall under its umbrella. The challenge was to create a collection of sites that enjoy a similar look/feel that would support the overall CHCS brand. At the same time the sites need to be user-friendly and easily updated by staff. Finally, the sites were to provide prospective residents and their loved ones with a means of submitting electronic applications. The result is a set of websites that are highly driven by a user-friendly content management system. Online forms have enhanced the application process. The sites are managed and updated by representatives of the homes.
